Splash into the fun of Jensen Lakes! Spend your leisure time dipping your toes into the lake or expansive sandy beach, which includes a boardwalk, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, a pier, and the boat dock.

The open grass area is perfect for picnics, wide games. and volleyball and features, picnic tables, gazebos, and seating areas. Future development will include tennis courts, a playground and the beach club.

A membership card gives residents and their guests access to the lake, beach, park, and beach club 365 days a year. The lake includes docks at the beach club, private docks for each of the lake lots, and semi-private docks at private walkway access points. The swimming area and dock is located just off the main beach area. The lake is stocked with fish for both summer and winter recreational fishing.

Construction Updates

The community of Jensen Lakes is currently under construction.  The lake, beach, several parks, and portions of the trail system are now complete. Construction, design and planning continues on a variety of other areas throughout the community.

Get outside and get active on the beach! Challenge your friends to get active and make the most of the sports and activity areas surrounding Jubilation Beach.

RELAXATION

Enjoy the views as you lounge in your private beach chair and enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book. Relax on the dock or on the boardwalk deck.

KAYAKING

Take your love of water sports to the next level! The lake is the perfect place to kayak, swim or paddle board. Residents have access to equipment for various waters ports.

FIRE PIT & BBQ

The lake is a place for year-round gatherings and celebrations. Grab your friends and enjoy the outdoor BBQs and firepit.

The Jubilation Beach Club

The crown jewel of the community Jubilation Beach. The lake, beach, and park are now OPEN and the Beach Club design is being finalized.

The future Jubilation Beach Club will feature ~8,000 square feet of space: change rooms, washrooms, equipment rentals and a concession stand. It will also have office space for the management team and a commercial kitchen.

The large, open event space will house the many programs available to residents and will be available as event rental space when not in use. The beach club will offer a variety of free and paid community events and programs for all ages. Examples include:

Rent the club for a private event! Facility rentals will be easy and convenient for residents that wish to host events ranging from weddings, birthday parties and meetings. Detailed usage rules will be in place for the lake, beach, main park and Jubilation Beach Club to ensure enjoyment for all residents.

Activities Year-Round

With ice skating, outdoor fire pits and more, Jensen Lakes is more than just a summer community.

The fun at Jensen Lakes continues year-round. In winter, Jensen Lake becomes a winter-wonderland full of outdoor activities. The lake transforms into a classic outdoor skating rink, a skating loop, a leisure skating area and will include a skating change room inside the future Beach Club.

With St. Albert Library, Landmark Cinemas and other shops, services and restaurants around the corner, there’s always a way to keep warm and find something to do. Explore some of the other community amenities in Jensen Lakes.
